  1. Prepare the syrup: Put all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan, except honey. Mix well and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Add honey and stir. Allow to cool completely and infuse.
  2. Mix No. 1: Mix flour with semolina.
  3. Mix #2: Mix together all the ingredients except soda.
  4. Add the soda and mix well.
  5. Mix both mixtures together.
  6. And very quickly, without kneading for a long time, for 15 seconds, knead the dough. Otherwise, oil will start to stand out very strongly from it.
  7. Plucking small pieces of dough (30 g each), form oblong sausages. And put arbitrary drawings on them with a teaspoon.
  8. Bake in a preheated 190 *C oven for 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven!
  9. Immediately dip some of the cookies into the syrup and count to 10. Put it on a platter.
  10. When the first layer is filled, sprinkle with nuts and pour honey.. Do the same with the rest of the cookies.
