Recipes galette just a great many, but I decided to make rye flour and bran and say that it turned out delicious - nothing to say. This is a delicate, crumbly dough combined with a filling of apples, I liked it very much! Such a crazy riot of flavors. In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour (and rye, and wheat), baking soda, salt, sugar and bran.
In a glass combine sunflower oil and boiling water, stir.

Knead the soft, plastic dough, I kneaded with my hands. Let the dough cool.

Roll out the dough into a disk with a diameter of about 35 cm, a thickness of about 0.5 mm, because the dough breaks at the edges, then I did everything at once on baking paper, so it was easier to carry it on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle the center of our dough with one tablespoon of sugar.

Put in the oven, preheated to 190C degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes (focusing on his oven).
