Curd Triangles “Tender” Recipe

  1. Pour milk and vegetable oil into a bowl.
  2. Add salt, cottage cheese, sugar.
  3. Whisk with a blender.
  4. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and knead a soft dough. Depending on the cottage cheese, you may need more or less flour, so add flour in parts.
  5. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out the squares – I got 10×10 cm.
  6. Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar to taste and starch. Whisk the egg white.
  7. Lubricate the square shape with protein. Put a spoonful of mascarpone and press down with half a cherry – not defrosted.
  8. Cover the filling with dough. forming a triangle.
  9. Lubricate with yolk mixed with milk.
  10. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Focus on your oven!
  11. Cool the triangles on the grill and sprinkle with powder.
  12. Enjoy with tea.
