Instructions
  1. Let’s start with the preparation of the filling. Prepare the products for the poppy filling.
  2. Mix the poppy seeds with sugar, breadcrumbs, milk and flavoring, bring to a boil.
  3. If the poppy is not crushed, then it is necessary to punch it with a blender or grind it in a coffee grinder before cooking. Cool.
  4. Now we proceed to the cottage cheese filling. The oil should be softened very well.
  5. Mix cottage cheese with all ingredients except eggs. Season to taste.
  6. Whisk the egg whites separately into a steep foam and add to the filling. I must say that there was a lot of cottage cheese filling, half remained, I had to bake another casserole. So what????? more than half of the products. Remove the curd filling in a cold place.
  7. The products for the dough must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance, so that everything is at room temperature, and the oil softens well. Warm up the milk.
  8. Sift the flour into a wide, deep bowl, make a recess, crumble the yeast into it,
  9. Pour in warm milk and whisk a little with a whisk of flour. Lightly sprinkle with flour on top, cover with a towel and put in a warm place until a yeast tapenade is obtained.
  10. Then mix the flour with yeast with a wooden spoon, pour in the eggs beaten with sugar and salt, add butter and knead the dough.
  11. Roll into a ball, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place to rise.
  12. When the dough is ready, divide it into 20 parts, roll the balls,
  13. Prepare the fillings.
  14. Form cakes with raised edges, put them on a baking sheet and brush with whipped with 1 tsp of water and egg yolk.
  15. Place the curd-poppy filling in the middle with a teaspoon in a staggered order, and put the jam in the center.
  16. Let the cheesecake come up a little.
  17. Bake at a temperature of 200 * C for 20-25 minutes.
  18. Cool on the grill under a napkin. Very tasty for tea! But even tastier with milk!!! Have a nice dinner!
