  1. Rub the cranberries (1 cup) through a metal sieve to remove the peel.
  2. Mix fresh herbs with celery and basil and chop.
  3. Whisk cranberry puree in a blender, add cinnamon (1/3 teaspoon). add salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste. Next, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add sugar. I want to pay attention, add more sugar, the sauce should have a sweet taste rather than sweet and sour, add water (2 tablespoons). Then add the chopped basil and celery.
  4. Put the duck meat in a baking dish, pour the prepared sauce over it.
  5. Cover the form with duck meat with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180-190C. Bake the duck until cooked. The approximate baking time is from 2 h. 30 min. – up to 3 hours. Everything will depend on the size of the pieces of duck meat. At the end of baking, remove the foil and brown the duck on the grill. Next, pour the sauce over the duck meat.
