  1. Start cooking. In pleasantly warm milk and beer we breed yeast and honey. Gradually add flour. Knead thoroughly and leave to increase by 2 times. Mix honey, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt into the approaching sourdough. Gradually, 100 gr. add flour and knead the soft dough with greased vegetable oil handles, slightly sticking to the hands. Grease the dough with vegetable oil and leave it to fit under a clean napkin so that it increases by 2 times.
  2. Immediately start making the filling. Mix cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, sour cream, egg and condensed milk. Gradually pour in semolina. This may require more or less. Pour 200 g and let it swell for 30 minutes. If necessary, add 50 grams each time and leave it to swell. The filling should be quite thick.

  4. We are preparing a “surprise” for the filling. You can take chocolate (any), you can have chocolate candies. For me, each pie is always individual. One is just with cottage cheese filling, chocolate is added to the other, chocolate with marmalade is added to the third, etc.
