Rinse the rice, drain the water and let it dry.
Pour oil into the pan, you can take part of vegetable and part of butter, or just vegetable. Add a teaspoon of salt or to taste and ground black pepper.
Fry the vermicelli until golden brown, stirring constantly, then add the rice, fry for about 5 minutes and pour in three cups of boiling water. Close the lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer until tender.
