Meatballs in Gravy with Couscous Recipe
Homemade meatballs-cutlets are loved by everyone, and here they are also soaked in gravy. I personally love meat gravy. How does the recipe differ from others? The minced meat has added barbecue sauce, which is now sold everywhere. If it wasn’t used during the picnic season, here’s an idea for where to add more. You can bake in a high form, but I cooked in a Wok. Garnish at Your discretion.

  1. Season the minced meat with spices.
  2. Boil the rice in advance (I cook it in a slow cooker), pour the cooled rice into the mince. About a third of the rice is minced.

  18. To serve, I’ll show you the fastest side dish. Garnish with 2 servings. I have a small couscous that you don’t have to cook.
