Instructions
Add sugar and yeast to the warm milk. Mix well and let it come up for 15-20 minutes.
Carefully peel the tangerines.
Whisk with a blender until smooth and measure 200 g.
Melt the butter.
Add the tangerine puree to the raised yeast.
Add butter and egg.
Gradually add flour and salt.
Knead a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Mix the pre-washed and dried cherries and cranberries. Let’s do it again for 1 hour.
Divide into 20 equal parts, roll up each piece and let it come up for 15-20 minutes.
We form buns. Roll out the dough into an oval layer.
Roll up the roll.
Let’s walk for 20 minutes. Lubricate the yolk with milk. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
