In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the yolks and stir. Add sunflower oil and water. Knead an elastic, slightly sticky dough.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with thick sour cream, add nutmeg, salt and pepper. I also added some dried herbs – an Italian mix.
Roll out the dough into a layer and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Place the filling on the dough and spread it over the entire surface.
Cut three medium-sized onions into rings or half rings. Spread the onion over the surface of the pie.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Sprinkle the pie with bacon.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the edges of the pie turn Golden. Adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.
