  1. If the peppers are put in the freezer, at least for 2 hours or overnight, then after defrosting they will become soft and plastic. I don’t have frozen pepper in the photo, but I advise you to freeze it, it will taste better this way. We cut off the top of the peppers, peel them from the seeds and put them in the freezer.
  2. Cut the processed cheese (90 g) into 3 pieces and wrap it in a cheese plate.
  3. Dry the defrosted pepper with a paper towel, stuff with pieces of cheese.
  4. Prepare the minced meat. Peeled potatoes (1 pc.) and onions (1 pc.) cut into large slices. Mix the meat with potatoes, onions, egg white and crushed garlic (1 tooth.). Add dry seasoning for meat (0.5 tsp.), salt and pepper.
  5. Grind the mixed products in a meat grinder or blender. I was chopping in a food processor. For the thickness of the minced meat, add breadcrumbs.
  6. Form 3 tortillas from the minced meat, put the pepper with the filling.
  7. Cover the peppers with minced meat and form a meat pie. Roll them in breadcrumbs. These blanks can be put in the freezer. And on the pre-holiday day, defrost in the refrigerator, wrap with bacon and bake
  8. For the convenience of wrapping in bacon, cut the strips into 2 parts. Wrap the meat pie with bacon. If necessary, you can use wooden toothpicks.
  9. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with oil. Lay out the blanks and lubricate with a mixture of vegetable oil + soy sauce (1:1).
  10. Place the baking tray with the blanks in a preheated 200 °C oven until the meat pies are ready or until the bacon becomes crispy. Periodically lubricate the workpiece with a mixture of oil + soy sauce.
