In a bowl, sift flour with salt and turmeric, pour in the milk-yeast mixture and melted butter, knead the dough. It will be soft, not sticky to the hands, it is a pleasure to work with it. Cover the bowl with a towel, put it in a warm place to rise for an hour. The dough should increase by 2 times. I usually put it in the oven and turn on the light bulb. There are no drafts in the oven, and the heat from the electric bulb is enough to evenly lift the dough. If there is no light bulb, turn on the oven for 3-5 minutes so that the walls are slightly warmed up, turn off the fire, check with your palm whether the air inside is too hot, and only then put the dough to rise.
