Two kings of fast food: pizza and a double cheeseburger. In those moments when you want to hurt someone, it’s always difficult for me to choose between them. What if we… shall we combine these two dishes? When this idea came to my mind, I couldn’t even think how delicious it would turn out! Just imagine: a crispy oregano-flavored pizza base and a juicy cheese and meat filling with a spicy surprise…

  1. Mix yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add a little warm water and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. While the yeast is swelling, coarsely chop the onion and marinate it in any way convenient to you. My favorite way is: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, a teaspoon with a hill of sugar, a tablespoon of rice vinegar. I heat it up in the microwave to a hot state so that the sugar dissolves. And pour out the onion. As a result, it turns out crispy, with a pleasant caramel-soy flavor.
  3. Let’s go back to the dough: add flour and dry oregano to the yeast (what a divine flavor it gives!) Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour in the yogurt, knead a not very steep dough. Let it even be a little sticky. Add a spoonful of olive oil to the dough, knead again and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Now we turn to the filling. Let’s cook our cheeseburger “cutlet”! Stuff (I had pork + veal), add your favorite spices, more onions, squeeze out garlic. Mix it.
  6. Fry the minced meat in a small amount of oil. At the end, add half of the tomato sauce and stir. Barbecue looks perfect here, giving a light touch to the plate and grill.
  7. Smooth the risen dough with a thin layer on a baking sheet. I didn’t do it cool, respectively, equated it with wet hands.
  8. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes (depends on your oven, I have a pretty powerful one) I browned the base to a golden shine and a mischievous crisp.)
  9. And proceed to the last step: spread the filling on the cake! Spread with the remaining barbecue base and sprinkle with sliced pickles.
  10. Arrange the cheese on plates.
  11. Put the minced meat in a thick layer.
  12. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  13. And we put our pickled onions on top. Actually, you can put it somewhere under the layers, but I wanted it to brown and get a light crunch.
  14. We put it in the oven for another 7-10 minutes, and our pizza is ready! Ah, those juicy calories) it’s impossible to resist them!
