Simple and quick cheese quesadillas with ground beef. Quesadillas are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We will also make a classic guacamole sauce for them.
Cheese, in General, you can take any. But the one that melts well is better.
Tortillas are traditionally used as tortillas. But you can take any other tortillas, there is nothing critical in this. Let’s start cooking with guacamole sauce.
Slice and mash the avocado.
Finely chop the onion, pepper, and coriander. Remove the pulp from the tomatoes and also finely chop. Squeeze out the juice of one lemon.
Add salt and mix. That’s it, guacamole is ready.
Preheat the oil. Fry the onion. Add the garlic and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry for five minutes.
Add tomato paste. Add salt, pepper, chili, paprika, cumin, oregano. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add water. And fry for a couple more minutes until tender. Then remove from heat.
Brush the tortilla with olive oil.
Flip over. Half spread the grated cheese.
Minced meat on it and cheese on the minced meat again.
