A 20×20 baking dish (or a round 23 cm.), grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Lay out the dough and smooth it out.
Cut the pepper into slices and put it on the dough.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 g for 30 minutes.
Leave the bread to cool on the grill.
