Squash Circles with Chicken and Grapes Recipe

  1. Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees. Boil the rice in salted water until it is half cooked. Prepare the minced chicken. Chicken fillet cut into pieces, sprinkle with seasoning and chop in a meat grinder.
  2. Heat a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil (1 tbsp.l.) and put finely chopped onion (1 pc.) and carrot (1 pc.). Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add roasting, salt and pepper to the minced chicken, squeeze out 1 clove of garlic and finely chopped hot pepper, if you want to give a little sharpness and piquancy.
  4. Add the egg white, chopped greens (I have dill) and mix.
  5. 1 tbsp. l. add semolina, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Cut the zucchini into slices ~ 7 cm thick.
  7. Divide the minced meat by the number of zucchini slices.
  8. Chop the peeled vegetables: onions, carrots, garlic and zucchini pulp. Fry in preheated oil.
  9. Place the rice in a greased baking dish.
  10. Add to the fried rice and stir.
  11. Put the slices of zucchini on the rice and fill them with minced meat. Decorate the top with large grapes “Isabella”.
  12. Prepare the filling. Mix the broth (or water) with 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sour cream, tomato ketchup and seasoning, salt and pepper.
  13. Pour the resulting sauce over the rice and garnish with tomato slices. Before cooking, cover the mold with foil and send it to the preheated oven.
  14. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
