Wash and dry the zucchini.
Cut into pieces about 2.5-3 cm wide.
With a teaspoon, cut out the middle.
Bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil, add salt to taste.
We lower the prepared zucchini rings, turn off the fire and leave for 10 minutes.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces. We transfer it to the blender bowl.
Add half of the cut-out zucchini centers (the other half can be used to prepare zucchini caviar).
Cut 60 g of cheese into small pieces, adding it to the blender bowl.
Also add milk, egg, salt and black pepper to taste, spices and turmeric.
Grind into minced meat (you can use a meat grinder).
That’s the kind of meat you get.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices according to the number of zucchini rings.
After 10 minutes, drain the water from the zucchini and put it in a greased baking dish.
Fill the zucchini rings with minced meat. Cover each stuffed zucchini with tomatoes.
Cover the baking dish with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes (see on your oven).
After 30 minutes, grate 60 grams of cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle each stuffed zucchini, remove the foil and send it to the oven for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
The chicken breast stuffed with zucchini is ready!
