  1. Cut the onion into cubes.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil (2 tbsp.l.) until half cooked. (first fry the carrots for about three minutes, then add the onion)
  4. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. (the net weight of the vegetable is indicated) Put it in the bowl of a food processor…
  5. … chop the cabbage.
  6. Put the chopped cauliflower in a frying pan with the carrots and onions and mix. Pour water into a saucepan, cover with a lid and cook the vegetables for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The fire is active.
  7. Mushrooms (I cooked a side dish with mushrooms, but with wild mushrooms the dish turns out even tastier!) cut at random, fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp.l.) until golden brown. The fire is active.
  8. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetables, season with thyme, salt to taste. Stir and cook everything together for another three minutes. Everything is ready! Before serving, sprinkle the garnish with grated cheese. (on request)
