Instructions
  1. Beat the softened butter and sour cream in a mixer.
  2. Gradually add brown and white sugar, whisk for three minutes until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar one at a time.
  4. Sift flour with baking powder and salt into the mass. Knead the elastic dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, wrap in clingfilm and send it to the refrigerator overnight, or even for 2-3 hours if there is not enough time.
  6. Prepare the chocolate filling. Pour condensed milk into a saucepan and, stirring constantly, melt the chocolate in it over medium heat.
  7. Remove from the stove, add walnuts.
  8. Divide the chocolate mass into 4 parts and cool to room temperature (so that it is a little warm).
  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking paper with butter and place it on a large baking sheet. Remove the first portion of dough from the refrigerator. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on floured parchment. part of the chocolate filling is distributed in the middle of the rectangle.
  10. Fold the edges of the rectangle of dough so that it completely covers the filling, pinch the seam.
  11. Lifting the paper, transfer the resulting sausage to the baking sheet seam down. Form another sausage from another portion and put it at a distance of 5 cm from the first one.
  12. Bake these two sausages for 20-22 minutes, until the dough is browned at the edges. Take it out and let it cool down a little.
  13. You can cut them diagonally directly on a baking sheet. Don’t worry if the biscuits start to crumble slightly when slicing, use the sharpest and longest knife available in the house. Turn the biscotti over very carefully.
  14. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes. Then, when they cool down, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!!!)))
