Buns with Turkey and Zucchini Recipe

Instructions
  1. Sift the flour. Prepare the sourdough. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with yeast (1 tsp). In warm water (50 ml), stir the sugar (2 tsp), and then stir in the flour mixture. Cover the bowl with a lid and put in a warm place until a foam cap forms, about 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the dough. Pour the froth into a large bowl. Add warm milk (200 ml), vegetable oil (5 tbsp), salt (1 tsp without a slide) and mix.
  3. In the liquid mixture of 1 tbsp.spoon the flour. The dough is soft, plastic and does not stick to your hands.
  4. Collect the dough in a lump.
  5. Grease the bowl and dough with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with a film so that the dough does not wind up, and put it in a warm place to lift the dough 2.5 times. “Warm place” – it can be heated to a minimum t 30 C oven or microwave (at the bottom of the heated microwave oven lay a towel).
  6. Prepare the filling. Take a piece of Turkey fillet cut into small pieces.
  7. Grate the zucchini on a large grater. Add soft melted cheese, egg white, seasoning and ground spices, mix and put in the bowl of a blender.
  8. Peel the garlic clove and onion. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter (20 g) until transparent. Put the onion and garlic in the bowl of a blender, salt and pepper and grind until smooth. The filling is ready! This filling makes very tasty and juicy fried tortillas, try to cook if there is minced meat left.

  16. Then switch the oven to t 180-190 C. Lubricate the blanks with egg yolk mixed with milk (1 tbsp) and sprinkle with cumin or black sesame seeds.
  17. Bake the buns until Golden brown, ~ 35 minutes. Sprinkle the baked buns with water and cover with a dry towel.
