Until now, I rarely baked cakes. Someone will give it, guests will come and bring it. This year I decided to become a guest who treats herself! So I started looking for a recipe, asking my friends who do it regularly. The first test and such luck!!! A very good and unusual recipe!
Soak candied fruits and raisins in rum or cognac (preferably the day before).
I prepared the dough in a bread maker taking into account the sequence of products. Prepare the filling: mix cinnamon with sugar, candied fruits and raisins, let the rum drain, roll in flour. Let the butter melt slightly.
Divide the finished dough into 4 parts. Roll out one piece into a rectangle about 20×35 cm in size. Grease the dough with a fourth part of butter, sprinkle with a fourth part of sugar with cinnamon and spread a fourth part of candied fruits on the surface. Roll out lightly with a rolling pin.
Roll the roll with a short edge.
Repeat the procedure with rolling and filling again. Put the first finished roll on the rolled layer and wrap it. Repeat this with the remaining two pieces of dough.
Cut the resulting 2 rolls in half. Put it in cake molds, filling the bottom part (with a slice). Let it dissolve in a warm place to increase in volume for about an hour.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes on the lower level. Prick the dough onto a skewer. If the cakes begin to brown, but are not ready yet, then cover them with paper.
Prepare the glaze – follow the instructions on the package! Decorate according to your taste.
