Until now, I rarely baked cakes. Someone will present, guests will come - will bring. This year I decided to become the guest who treats herself! So I began to look for a recipe, ask my friends who regularly does it. The first test and such luck!!! Very good and unusual recipe!
Soak candied fruits and raisins in rum or cognac (preferably the day before).
I prepared the dough in a bread maker taking into account the sequence of the products. Prepare the filling: mix cinnamon with sugar, candied fruits and raisins to drain the rum, roll in flour. Oil give slightly to melt.
The finished dough is divided into 4 parts. Roll out one part into a rectangle about 20x35 cm in size. Grease the dough with the fourth part of the butter, sprinkle the fourth part of the sugar with cinnamon and distribute the fourth part of the candied fruit on the surface. Roll slightly with a rolling pin.
Roll the roll with a short edge.
Repeat the procedure with rolling and filling again. On the rolled layer to lay the first ready roll and wrap it. Repeat this with the remaining two pieces of dough.
The resulting 2 rolls cut in half. To put into molds for cakes, zasypnoj the lower part (slice). Allow to dissolve in a warm place to increase in volume for about an hour.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 40 minutes on the lower level. Test with a skewer. If the cakes start to turn brown, but are not yet ready, then cover them with paper.
