I propose to cook an incredibly delicious cheesecake from ordinary cheese, which will be enjoyed by the whole family on Easter Sunday. Cheesecake turns out to be extremely tender, delicious and festive!
Melt the butter and mix with the sand crumbs. Mix well.
Cover the split form with baking paper or foil, lubricate with vegetable oil. Lay out the sand base, smooth it out (for this I use a glass). Put it in the refrigerator.
Then mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar.
Add vanilla.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater, squeeze out the lemon juice and add the cream. Beat well with an immersion blender until smooth.
Then beat in one egg and beat well with a whisk.
Then add the candied fruits to the curd cream, mix well.
Put the cheese in a cream pan. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place the cheesecake mold on the grill and place a baking tray with hot water under the grill. Bake for 1 hour. Then let it cool in the oven and put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
Dissolve the jelly according to the instructions.
Wrap the cheesecake tightly with foil, forming the sides, and pour over the jelly. Put it in the refrigerator. As soon as the jelly starts to solidify, decorate as desired and put it back in the refrigerator until solidified.
