Halva should be crumbly. We break a pack of halva into pieces. You can do more, the original was 300 g, but then you can feel its clear advantage.

Remove the mold from the freezer.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180* in a preheated oven. Do not forget that the ceramic mold takes longer to warm up.
Cool, put in the refrigerator.
