  1. Wash the chicken well and dry it. Incision along the back.
  2. Open the chicken so that the breast is in the middle. Rub it with salt (0.5 tsp) and crushed black pepper on both sides.
  3. Wash the orange. Cut into slices. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat part of a knife.
  4. Build a foil baking sheet: put two sheets of foil horizontally, one sheet on top of the other vertically, slightly bending the edges to make a kind of “bath”. Lubricate the foil with a small amount of oil. Add the garlic to the oranges.
  5. Place the chicken on top of the garlic-orange pillow. Brush it with olive oil. Wrap the edges of the foil on all sides and place in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  6. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tsp of salt. To get access to our chickens. By this time, the juice will have already been released from it.
