Instructions
Prepare the dough – mix the cottage cheese with yolk, sugar, milk and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder, knead a soft dough.
Lay it out, distributing it by hand, in a greased form.
For the filling, chop 2 tbsp. l. oat flakes in a blender with flour.
Add vanilla, raisins, cottage cheese, egg white, sour cream and honey to it.
Put the curd filling on top of the dough.
On it are the halves of apricots. If you like it sweeter, then pour more honey on top.
Preparation of streusel. Chop 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, add butter, sugar and cinnamon, rub into crumbs and sprinkle with apricots.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
