Galette “Apple Delight” Recipe
There are just a great many recipes for biscuits, but I decided to cook from rye flour and bran and say that it turned out delicious – to say nothing. This is a delicate, crumbly dough combined with a filling of apples, I really liked it! Such a crazy riot of tastes. I would never have thought that sweet pastries would go so well with rye flour. In general, I recommend, no, I encourage you to cook!!!

Instructions
  1. In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour (both rye and wheat), baking soda, salt, sugar and bran.
  2. In a glass, mix sunflower oil and boiling water, mix.
  3. In the center of the flour mixture, make a recess and pour in water and oil.
  4. Knead the soft, plastic dough, I kneaded with my hands. Let the dough cool down.
  5. Meanwhile, wash and peel the apples, cut out the cores and cut into slices of medium thickness, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix.
  6. Roll out the dough into a disk about 35 cm in diameter, about 0.5 mm thick, because the dough breaks at the edges, then I did everything at once on baking paper so that it was easier to transfer it to a baking sheet. Please note, although the dough breaks, but the good thing is that it is elastic, and it can be “glued”.
  7. Sprinkle the middle of our dough with one tablespoon of sugar.
  8. Put the apples – also in the center, leaving the edges of the dough free, pour honey, sprinkle with nuts and sesame seeds.
  9. The edges of the dough are bent inward. Put in the oven, preheated to 190C degrees, and bake for 35-40 minutes (focusing on your oven). While our biscuit is being baked, this fragrance is hovering in the apartment, it’s just impossible to convey!!!
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm or cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!!!
