Garlic Bread with Herbs Recipe

  1. I made the dough in a bread maker, poured water, yeast, flour, salt, sugar, vegetable oil into the bowl of the bread maker. Add the “Main Dough”.
  2. While the dough is being prepared in the bread maker, chop the herbs and peel the garlic.
  3. Put the herbs and garlic in a blender bowl, pour olive oil and salt. Chop the greens to a more or less homogeneous state.
  4. Roll out the finished dough into an oval, put the greens on its surface. leave a little green mass to cover the finished bread, so it will be even more fragrant.
  5. Roll the dough into a roll.
  6. Cut the roll into 2 parts.
  7. Twist the dough.
  8. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the braid in a baking dish (I have a regular cake mold).
  9. Put the mold in a warm place so that the dough rises. I got up after 35 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  10. After baking, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
