Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain the water and cool the potatoes. While the potatoes are cooling, prepare the filling for the filling. Cut the pork meat into pieces and put it in the bowl of the combine, add onion, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Grind. I have a powerful combine harvester with a sharp chopping knife, so it coped with this task without much effort.
  2. Now prepare the sauce: put cottage cheese, sour cream in a deep bowl, add curry, basil, squeezed garlic, lightly salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with milk and a pinch of salt with a fork.
  4. Mix the beaten egg and curd mass with spices. Add finely chopped dill. Mix it.
  5. It’s time to prepare the potato base for the baskets: put the cooled potatoes in the bowl of the combine, add egg, sour cream, a little salt and black pepper.
  6. Grind.
  7. Put the potato mass in a deep bowl, add flour and mix well with a spoon.
  8. Let’s see what we got – a potato base for baskets, a stuffing made of minced meat and a beautiful fragrant dressing sauce.
  9. Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil. If the molds are silicone, then it is not necessary to do this. With wet hands, divide the potatoes into 8 parts, roll up the balls and arrange them into molds.
  10. Give the potato mass the shape of a basket. Do all this by wetting your hands with water. So the mass will not stick to your hands. To do this, put a cup of cold water next to it. Divide the minced meat into 8 parts, roll up the balls and arrange them into shapes.
  11. Pour the sauce on top of each basket. Place the molds on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  12. After the time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  13. Sprinkle with cheese, grated on a coarse grater. And again put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  14. The aroma in the kitchen is simply divine! That’s what beauties I got.
  15. Cool the finished snack slightly, carefully remove from the molds. And you can serve it to the festive table!
  16. Insanely fragrant, festively beautiful and magically delicious! Juicy meat is wrapped in the most delicate baked sauce, in a soft, fragrant potato basket! And all this under a surprisingly delicious cheese crust! Just amazing!
