  1. Cut the meat into portions 1 cm thick.
  2. Of all the products listed in the “Meat” section, except cheese, prepare a marinade.
  3. Pour it over the meat and rub the marinade well into each piece. Put the meat in the refrigerator overnight (I had it for 36 hours).
  4. Sauce: Chop the onion with a blender to a puree, add sour cream, mustard and salt and mix.
  5. Put the meat in a heat-resistant mold and cover each piece with mashed potatoes. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for another 3-4 minutes so that the cheese melts.
  7. Garnish: Do not boil large potatoes in a uniform. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and lightly crush.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve the meat with fresh vegetables or pickles.
