  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel and grate the mushrooms on a coarse grater or cut into small pieces.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Cut the leek in half lengthwise, wash it thoroughly and chop it. grate the cheese. Turn on the oven at 225°C
  5. Fry the mushrooms in a large dry frying pan, stirring until the liquid evaporates. Then add a large piece of butter, garlic, leek and fry, stirring, until appetizing color. Sprinkle the pan with flour and continue frying for another minute. Add thyme, cream cheese and sour cream and let it simmer a little. Then mix it all with pasta, green peas and half of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Put the resulting mass in a heat-resistant form, greased with oil (size 20×30 cm or portion molds). Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake in the middle of the oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
  8. Served with red wine and a salad of fresh vegetables. Immediately before use, sprinkle the gratin with chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
