Potatoes peel, cut into thin slices. Garlic, too, clean and cut into thin slices. Fry the mushrooms in a pan. A large ceramic form for graten grease with oil, sprinkle with grated breadcrumbs, thyme and spread the pieces of garlic.
Mix in 2 teaspoons of salt, a third of a teaspoon of pepper and a third of a teaspoon of nutmeg.
Cover the bottom of the form with a layer of potatoes, which sprinkle with a mixture of salt and spices.
Mix in a bowl of sour cream and 1 Cup of milk. Pour the potatoes with two tablespoons of this mixture and sprinkle with one tablespoon of grated cheese.
Again, put a layer of potatoes, sprinkle it again with salt and spices, pour the sour cream mixture (2 tablespoons), put a layer of mushrooms (they are just 1 layer and enough).
Then again, put the potatoes, sprinkle-pour, pour cheese. And another layer of potatoes. It we again sprinkle with salt and spices, pour the remnants of sour cream mixture, pour into the form of 1 Cup of kefir, sprinkle with a pinch of thyme and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes.
Then remove the form from the oven and sprinkle with browned potatoes on top of the remnants of grated cheese (they should be decent).
Again, place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until a delicious Golden crust.
