Instructions
  1. To prepare the dish, peel the onion and use a food processor to cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the onion and finely chopped garlic. Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Then add ground beef, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the minced meat well with a spatula so that there are no lumps, and fry until tender.
  5. Add spinach to the minced meat.
  6. Stir until completely wilted. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
  7. For cooking, I took red potatoes. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  8. Now chop the potatoes using a food processor. Previously, I had to use a manual grater – it was long and tedious, and now in a few seconds a full bowl of sliced potatoes is ready.
  9. Chop the parmesan cheese with a food processor.
  10. Transfer the sliced potatoes to a kitchen towel to squeeze out the juice. Then put the squeezed potatoes in a large bowl, add egg, salt and ground black pepper to taste, onion powder, garlic powder and 50 grams of chopped parmesan cheese.
  11. Mix everything well.
  12. Cover a small bowl with plastic wrap. Put 250 g of potato mass in a bowl and spoon the potatoes over the sides of the bowl.
  13. Sprinkle the potato mass with the remaining chopped Parmesan cheese.
  14. Then add a large spoonful of cooked meat filling.
  15. Now take the ends of the plastic wrap to cover the minced meat filling with potato mass on top. Twist the ends of the food film so that you get a potato ball.
  16. Ready-made potato balls with meat filling.
  17. From this amount of ingredients, I got two potato balls. Place the cooked potato balls in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then place the potato balls on a greased baking sheet.
  18. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  19. Serve the potato balls with your favorite tomato sauce and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
