Open Pie “Broccoli in the Clouds” Recipe
Girls, this is the second time I bake this pie, but my family and I really like it. The pie turns out to be extremely tasty and juicy. Such juiciness is given by broccoli and cottage cheese. I recommend cooking it – you won’t regret it!

  1. Prepare the dough from flour, butter, sour cream, salt and sugar (I used a food processor with a knife attachment). A ball of dough is put in a plastic bag and sent to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes. We spread it on a paper towel.
  2. Cut the white part of the leek into rings and fry in butter until golden brown, add diced tenderloin, pepper and a little salt.
  3. Put cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream in a bowl, mix well. Add fried and finely chopped green onions, add salt to taste.
  4. Roll out the dough into a circle and use a rolling pin to shift it into a mold (I have 28cm), form the sides and prick with a fork.
  5. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. at a temperature of 240 degrees.
  6. We spread broccoli on the cake.
  7. Put the filling on top of the broccoli and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  8. So my pie is ready! Enjoy your meal.
