Instructions
  1. To make pancakes with stuffing, bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe.
  2. Peel the potatoes, slice and cook until tender. Add salt after boiling, so that it boils faster.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Pour sunflower oil into the pan. Fry the onion over high heat until it is browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain the broth from the finished potatoes, mash with a “pusher”, add the fried onion, mix. If the puree turned out to be dry, then add a little broth.
  5. Prepare the sauce for the herring. We take salted herring (I have my own), sour cream, lemon and a mixture of peppers.
  6. Peel the herring, remove the bones and skin, chop very finely, add lemon juice, sour cream and a mixture of freshly ground pepper.
  7. Add the French mustard with the grains, mix.
  8. Set aside the finished sauce to infuse.
  9. Stuff the pancakes. Put mashed potatoes on the edge of the pancake and wrap.
  10. Pour sunflower oil into the pan. Put the pancakes in a frying pan and fry until browned on both sides.
  11. Put the finished pancakes on a hot plate. Put the herring sauce on top of the pancakes, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Enjoy your meal!
