  1. Marinate pork ribs in a mixture of mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), spicy adjika (1 tablespoon), salt and black pepper (to taste). Cover the bowl with the ribs with cling film and leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan, then add large mushrooms cut into plastic (7 pcs.), chopped carrots (1 pc.) and onions (1 pc.), add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fry the vegetables and mushrooms until light golden brown. Then put the vegetable mixture in a bowl.
  4. In a preheated frying pan, where vegetables and mushrooms were fried, if necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put pork ribs.
  5. Fry the ribs for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Chop the potatoes using a food processor.
  7. Rinse the potato straws with cold water to remove the starch.
  8. Add sweet paprika (1 tablespoon) to the potato straws, salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir the potatoes.
  9. Put potato strips, fried vegetables and mushrooms, as well as pork ribs prepared and fried until golden brown in the baking sleeve.
  10. Secure the sleeve with clips and put it in a baking dish. In the upper part, make several punctures to release steam. Next, we send the form to the oven preheated to 190-200C. Bake the dish until cooked.
  11. The roast is ready.
  12. Place the roast on a large platter, garnish with fresh vegetables to taste and you can invite guests to the table. Enjoy your meal!
