Very tomato, very spicy, flavorful dish. Thanks to the smoked chicken, the soup is obtained with a rich taste, but at the same time it is easily digested by adding juicy vegetables.
In a frying pan with once and home about vegetable oil, fry the onion, cut into thin half rings, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add string beans, zucchini, diced, and carrots, cut into strips to the onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
Boiled and smoked breast cut into small cubes, put in a frying pan. Add a mixture of aromatic herbs, freshly ground pepper, close the lid and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
In boiling salted water, dilute the tomato paste.
Put the contents of the pan in a saucepan, add small pasta (I have ptitim), bring to a boil, add salt if necessary, cook for about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 10-15 minutes.
