Dear friends, I present to your attention a recipe for a very tasty turkey minced meat dish that everyone will like. The dish turns out to be tender, fragrant and mega appetizing, which can be served both to a regular table and to a festive one.
To start, pour the bread with milk and leave for 15 minutes.
Turkey fillet, onion, garlic clove and bread pass through a meat grinder. Add spices, egg and salt to the minced meat and mix.
Cover the baking sheet with foil. Roll up the balls, transfer them to a baking sheet. Flatten the bun on top and make a recess. The “nests” are sent to a preheated 190-200 degree oven for baking for 20 minutes.
