Because the cutlets in these cutlets are very similar to meat, although they do not contain it. And if you use canned beans, then its preparation will take only a few minutes.
Soak the bean mixture overnight in water. Then boil in clean water until soft.
Grind cumin and coriander in a mortar. Grind peanuts and oat flakes in a blender.
Chop the onion and coriander leaves not very large. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop finely.
Mix the beans, peanut flakes, onion, cilantro, chili, spice mixture and olive oil using a blender. Add salt to taste.
Form six cutlets and roll them in a mixture of flour and smoked paprika. Put the cutlets in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
For the salsa, cut the tomatoes and onions into small cubes. Add the chopped cilantro, juice and zest of half a lime. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve burgers with any lettuce leaves, tomato salsa and a slice of lime.
