  1. Put semolina, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream (I have sour cream and yogurt) in a container.
  2. Mix well and leave on the table for at least an hour.
  3. Prepare the filling. I stewed (fried better) cabbage in vegetable oil. I chopped the chicken meat in a blender and added it to the cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste the cooled filling.
  4. Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with semolina and shake off the excess. I have a split form with a length of 23 cm.
  5. Add flour with baking powder to the swollen semolina and mix.
  6. Prepare the filling – mix all the ingredients for the filling well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Pour the dough into the mold.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  9. Pour the filling.
  10. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 50 minutes. The top should turn golden. I have a ceramic bottom of the mold, so I baked for 1 hour and the last 10 minutes on the top shelf.
