  1. Mashed potatoes: boil potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes with egg, butter and 2 tablespoons of starch.
  2. For Julienne: onion, chicken fillet, mushrooms cut into cubes.
  3. Fry the onion in oil, add the chopped chicken, fry. When the chicken is fried, add spices – salt, pepper and your favorite.
  4. Then – sliced mushrooms, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Next – sour cream, simmer all together for a few minutes, and at the end – grated cheese.
  6. Mashed potatoes are spread through a pastry bag on a sheet covered with parchment paper.
  7. We put our Julien in the “nest”.
  8. And “turn out” the sides of the potatoes.
  9. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  10. For 5 minutes – sprinkle our “nest” with grated cheese on top and put it back in the oven.
