  1. For the pie you will need boiled buckwheat.
  2. For the filling, cut the bell pepper and sausage.
  3. Fry mushrooms and onions in oil. I had frozen mushrooms, you can take fresh ones.
  4. Mix buckwheat with sausage, bell pepper and fried onion with mushrooms.
  5. For the dough, lightly whisk the eggs with salt and sugar, add milk and vegetable oil
  6. Add flour and baking powder, mix the dough so that there are no lumps.
  7. Put the filling into the dough and add any chopped fresh herbs (I had green onions).
  8. Mix the filling with the dough. Pour the dough into a greased form and put it in a preheated oven. Bake until a dry match is obtained. I cooked it for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, focus on your oven.
  9. The finished cake turns out delicious both hot and cold. And it may well replace dinner for the whole family. And also help out if you suddenly have unexpected guests!
