Instructions
Cut the salmon into fillets without skin and bones.
Pour boiling water over the almonds, then peel them. Rinse the walnuts with cold water and dry them with a paper towel.
Grind almonds and walnuts into crumbs using a food processor.
To the chopped nuts, add one tablespoon of tangerine zest, crushed into powder. Mix breadcrumbs and nuts with tangerine powder.
Sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Roll the salmon fillet on the inside in the nut mixture.
Add vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) to the pan. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the salmon fillets on each side for a few minutes.
French fries can be served as a side dish to fish. A food processor will help us cut potatoes into cubes.
Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
