Snack Skewers of Pink Salmon with Rosemary Recipe
Mini kebabs are always a success at the diner table, it’s not only delicious, but also beautiful. If you choose the shish kebab components in bright and contrasting colors, they will immediately attract the attention of your guests. I have red tomatoes, green cucumbers, purple onions. Instead of skewers, I used rosemary sprigs, they not only flavor fish and vegetables, but also make the snack original and beautiful.

  1. Fillet of pink salmon cut into approximately the same cubes together with the skin. Add salt to the pieces of fish to taste.
  2. Prepare a marinade for fish from vegetable oil, crushed garlic, crushed coriander, pepper and grain mustard.
  3. Brush the pieces of pink salmon with the prepared marinade. Leave on for 30-60 minutes.
  4. As an appetizer for kebabs, take cherry tomatoes, red onions, pickled cucumbers. Cut the onion into squares according to the size of a piece of fish, cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Rinse the sprigs of fresh rosemary with water.
  5. On sprigs of rosemary, as on skewers, string alternately pieces of pink salmon, cherry tomatoes, pieces of red onion and slices of pickles.
  6. Fry the skewers in a preheated frying pan until golden brown on all sides.
  7. You can eat kebabs both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
