  1. Soften the oil at room temperature. In a bowl, whisk the egg with sugar.
  2. Add condensed milk and stir.
  3. Put the butter and whisk until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle with spices. If spices, then you can replace vanilla sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest (just take a little). Add flour and knead the dough. Then put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  5. Turn the oven on 190 degrees. Roll out part of the dough on baking paper one cm thick and cut out the biscuits with a cookie cutter.
  6. Transfer them to a baking sheet, brush with a mixture of milk and yolk.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until browned. Don’t overdo it! Bake the rest of the dough in the same way. Spread the cakes on a large platter and invite everyone to the table.
