A simple familiar dough stuffed with seasonal vegetables. I used to prepare the dough for pouring on mayonnaise, but today without it, only on yogurt. Such a pie with a rich filling will replace your second course, for example, for dinner. I recommend serving warm, warmed up. Form 21 cm in diameter.

  2. Beat eggs into kefir and add a couple of spoons of greens. oils. I have unrefined rapeseed.
  3. Mix with Himalayan salt and sugar.
  4. Add flour with baking powder.
  5. Carefully knead the viscous dough, as for pancakes.

  7. Chop the cabbage.
  8. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
  9. Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater, chop the paprika.
  10. Fry the onion in oil.
  11. We send it to onions, cabbage and carrots. Then simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  12. Sprinkle red pepper at the very end of laying vegetables.
  13. Seasonings: salted ground dill, sweet chili sauce, Himalayan salt.
  14. Mushrooms can be sent to ready-made cabbage. You don’t need to fry them for a long time.
  15. Mix everything, put it on the fire and turn it off.
  16. Pour half of the dough into a removable mold on the parchment.
  17. Spread the warm or pre-cooked filling on top.
  18. Pour out the rest of the dough.
  19. Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The oven was preheated to 250 *, then the blowing was turned on at 200 *. I have an electric oven now, adapt.
  20. In 5-7 minutes, take out the cake and smear the already formed cake with beaten egg twice. If desired, sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
