  1. Separately melt 85 grams of chocolate and 85 grams of butter. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with vanilla, coffee and sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes thicker. Then add the melted butter and chocolate. All liquid components are mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

  3. Chocolate (the remaining 100 grams) and nuts are not very finely chopped with a knife.
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix until smooth. Then add the nuts and chocolate and mix again. Oh, those chocolate bars!!! And a magical fragrance!!!
  5. Divide the dough in half and form two long narrow loaves. Just press the loaves with your hand so that the shape becomes more flat and rectangular. The dough turned out sticky, so we use flour for molding. Place the loaves in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. The finished loaves in the middle will be soft when pressed.
  6. Let the loaves cool and cut into thin slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and dry them in the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Let the biscotti cool and serve! During baking, the flavor was fantastic!!! Just look at these pieces of chocolate – they are moist and shiny after drying…
