  1. Let’s start with a little preparation. Take white beans, they are very well suited for cutlets in this burger, as they have a delicate creamy taste and creamy texture. Measure 200 gr.
  2. Soak it in cold water for at least 4 hours. Then boil until tender.
  3. Now let’s get on with the buns. I just loaded all the ingredients into the bread maker, according to the instructions, and set the “dough” mode. If there is no bread maker, dilute the yeast in warm water, sift all the flour with salt, knead the dough, leave to rise (for 1 hour). When the dough is ready, form buns from it. Put them on a baking sheet, let them stand for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated 200 * c oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare minced meat for cutlets. Beans, slices of white bread, 50 g of breadcrumbs (leave the rest for boning), vinegar, oil and garlic chop with an immersion blender or a pusher until smooth.
  5. Next, moisten your hands with water and form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs, put them on a baking sheet covered with oiled paper. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Do not over-dry, otherwise the cutlets will fall apart!!!
  6. So, everything is ready, and you can start assembling the burger.
  7. Here, I think, everything is clear. I’ll just tell you how I applied and what you can use more. I sliced a loaf, laid out a cutlet, smeared a little mustard, put a large circle of white onions and tomatoes on top. You’re finished! For the filling, you can also use lettuce leaves (any mixtures), your favorite vegetable salads, circles of fried pineapples, etc. Bon appetit!
