Put the wings in a frying pan with vegetable oil, add salt, season to taste and fry until tender.
Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into arbitrary small pieces.
Put mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, cheese grated on a fine grater, chopped chicken meat, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and ground black pepper to taste in a deep bowl – and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts. Form a tortilla from each part, put a bone in the middle and form an oblong patty.
Roll each cutlet first in flour, then dip in an egg (beat the eggs with a fork with a pinch of salt until smooth), then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets until golden brown in a deep frying pan with enough oil over medium heat.
