After 15 minutes, from the beginning of baking, remove the cake form from the oven. Put the cheese filling on top. And again put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C.
Whisk the cooled egg white with sugar.Remove the cheesecake from the oven after 30 minutes and spread the beaten egg white on the cheese filling.
